For this seafront villa in Marseille, we carried out a complete renovation to transform it into a bright family home. We meticulously restructured the existing floor plan, while dramatically improving circulation and spatial communication within the dwelling.

Our work focused on creating new openings in the facade, to offer exceptional views of the sea, while optimizing natural light and ventilation. Outside, our landscaping work gave rise to a terrace with swimming pool, extending the skyline right to the garden's borders. Made-to-measure joinery, including the "Wave" bookcase, which also acts as a balustrade for the staircase or the kitchen units specially designed for the project, helps to fully integrate this sophisticated seaside sanctuary, designed for modern family life.
