Study for the renovation of a London townhouse.
For this London project, we're taking on the classic challenges of renovating a Victorian house, making a contemporary design statement with a timeless spirit.

Our approach focuses on creating an open, flowing plan, linking the main entrance and the garden. This sequence results in a light-filled kitchen extension with a fully assumed structure, where the boundary between inside and outside seems to diminish.

On the upper floors, we've designed the rooms as luxurious refuges, combining warmth and elegance. Here, a sophisticated palette of materials introduces a play of contrasts: rough, textured plaster walls meet smooth wood panelling, while marble basins and their veining punctuate the whole with their brutalist look. This vision elevates the London townhouse typology to the level of durable, bespoke family homes.
